The normal red-green indicator light on the top of the unit (which sometimes is blue while starting up) turned yellow-orange and the little Android man appeared on the screen. Completely by accident, I discovered a pinhole on the bottom of the touchscreen and used a paper clip to depress the tiny switch inside while turning on the touchscreen with that switch depressed. I had no idea how to do a “factory reset” as you mentioned above and could find NOTHING on the Internet about how to do that. I had the same situation as Mark Stevens above and could not get the screen you indicated would generate a WPS PIN to come up when cycling the power. ![]() The new touch screen is added to the devices list on the Pulse portal screen.
